Building a new home can seem daunting if you have never been a part of the process, maybe even more so if you have. There are a ton of viables and things to consider, budget, location, style, lending, etc. As a contractor I am one part of the team of people who will be helping you with the process. Regardless of who you chose to help you build your new home it is important to find a contractor who can communicate effectively with designers, lending officers, local municipalities, real estate agents, and most importantly you. I’m not going to claim I am the only contractor in the Rome area that will do this, but I can promise you that I will.

Thought my career, before the formation of Riverwood Contacting, I ran job sites with as many as 40 homes being completed at one time, I have built hundreds of homes from Atlanta to savannah. My focus on any build is accuracy, both with agreed installation specs and code as well as budget. Timeliness is another major focus. Things happen on jobs that you cannot control but nothing is more frustrating than having a project sitting without work being done coming from the high intensity environment of corporate building I have an understanding of how to run a schedule for effectiveness without sacrificing quality. Last, but certainly not least, is safety. I will not compromise on job site safety. This is for the sake and protection of the workers, myself, and lastly you. I am licensed and insured and so will everyone who steps on your job site. The cost of workplace accidents trickles up, not down. The cost of hiring an uninsured, or underinsured, builder can not only hurt your contractor but can actually trickle up to you as the property owner. I am happy to discuss the necessities of insurances and the precautions we take to ensure safety with you.
